I formulated this oil for myself about 4 years ago, when I was having very severe panic attacks (the kind that land you in the hospital because you can't breathe). This oil helped me so much! Rub it in the palms of your hands, then inhale deeply a few times. I can't guarantee it'll work, but I can tell you it worked wonders for me!
